Made from Koreneiki olive from the Kalamata Region of Greece. Smooth well rounded olive-fruit taste with buttery finish. No acidic aftertaste. Low in acidity (0.2% – 0.4%), resulting in a high quality, premium olive oil.
Use: Pairs well with salads, citrus flavors, fish, chicken and pork. Drizzle over red meats, roasted vegetables, feta cheese, mozzarella, any Greek dish, etc. Great as a dipping oil as well.

Made primarily from Lambrusco and Trebbiano grapes though Sangiovese, Ancellotta, and Montuni can also be used. From Modena, Italy, this balsamic is sweet with very light pungency and thick consistency. Taste notes of raisins and plums as well as some smoothness and Oak barrels.
Use: Pairs with any fine cheese or fruit. Finish any dish including salads, filet mignon, seafood, grilled vegetables, certain desserts, vanilla ice cream, or gelato. Great for salad dressings and marinades.
